Our philosophy |
With pleasure and “savoir faire” we repeat the gestures of bygone years and use local produce. This fidelity to tradition has been recognised by the coveted "Goutez l’Ardèche" label.
We do not prepare our fare from industrially-farmed produce. For us they do not have authentic flavours and savours. Our joy is to help you discover healthy, authentic, food.
